Organizational Structure of the Bandai Namco Group
The entire Bandai Namco Group is working to develop a variety of entertainment mediums under a three-unit structure divided by business segment.
As part of the Toy Hobby business within the Entertainment Unit, Bandai and Bandai Spirits are developing and marketing products and services worldwide in a wide range of business areas with a focus on IP, including Gashapon (capsule toy), card games, toys, sweets, plastic models, figures, and Ichibankuji (character lottery).

Entertainment Unit
Aiming to connect with people around the world through IP, this unit consists of the Toy and Hobby Business, which is engaged in manufacturing, and the Digital Business, which is in charge of the production of game and network content.
Toy and Hobby Business
This division consists of 11 domestic companies and 15 overseas companies from our group. It is in charge of the planning, development, manufacturing, and sales activities that allow us to deliver a wide variety of IP-related products and services to customers around the world.
Under the slogan, "The Happy Moment Creator", the company aims to connect with fans around the world through products and services geared toward children and their parents in a wide range of business areas, including capsule toys, toys, sweets and other food, cards, apparel, and daily necessities.
Under the slogan, "The Global Leader in Hobby Entertainment," the company aims to expand its business in global markets for products geared toward a mature fan base and connect with fans around the world through plastic models, figures and robots, character lottery, and amusement prizes.
