●スマートフォンが必要です。対応機種はこちらでご確認ください。
●商品パッケージに記載された二次元コードを読み取るには、二次元コード読み取り用アプリが必要です。App StoreもしくはGoogle Playにてお好きな二次元コード読み取りアプリをダウンロードして使用してください。また、パッケージに記載されているURLを直接入力することでも、動画を再生出来ます。
●スマートフォンの明るさを最高にしてください。
●スマートフォンの音声をONにし、音量を調節してください。
●動画の再生はWiFiネットワーク上もしくは4G/LTEのつながる環境下でお楽しみください。
（3G環境下では解像度の低い動画が流れる場合がございます。）

投影した映像がぼやけて見える。映像が汚い。映像が歪んで見える。
The video image is not clear.
低解像度の映像が流れている可能性があります。WiFiネットワーク回線上、もしくは4G/LTE回線上での動画の再生をお試しください。
スマートフォン本体の明るさを最高にしてお試しください。
クリアプレート両面に貼られている保護シートを剥がしたかご確認ください。
クリアプレートをフィギュアに立てかける際、長い方が縦になるように置いてあるかご確認ください。
The resolution of the video might be too low. Try to play the video using Wi-Fi or 4G/LTE network.
Adjust your smartphone's screen brightness to the highest level.
Make sure that you peeled off the clear sheet on the clear plate inside the box.
Make sure that the long side of the clear plate is vertical.

動画が全画面再生、もしくは横画面で再生されません。
I can't play the video in full screen landscape mode.
二次元コード読み取りアプリの種別によって、画面を横向きにできない場合がございます。
その際は、ブラウザ【Safari他】を起動して、URLを貼り付けしブラウザ上もしくはYouTubeアプリ上で動画再生を行うと解消されます。
Depending on the two-dimensional code reader, you might not be able to play the video in full screen landscape mode.
If it's not in full screen landscape mode,
paste the URL in the address bar of your Internet browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) or play the video using YouTube app.

所持しているスマートフォンに、二次元コードを読み取る機能が無いのですが。
My smartphone doesn't have a function to read the code.
機種によっては初期の設定では二次元コードを読み取るアプリが入っていない可能性が高いです。App StoreもしくはGoogle Playにてお好きな二次元コード読み取りアプリをダウンロードして使用してください。
また、パッケージに記載されているURLを直接入力することでも、動画を再生出来ます。

iPhoneで動画を再生すると解像度が低いのですが。
通信環境が４G/LTEでも、iPhoneのYouTubeアプリ上で動画を再生すると、低解像度の動画が再生される場合がございます。
アプリからではなく、ブラウザから、パッケージ記載のURLを直接ご入力いただいて動画を再生させると改善されます。

Androidのバージョンと機種の組み合わせによって、そのような症状が出る場合がございます。
